This is not a traditional clinical leadership position. We are looking for a strategic operator who combines clinical credibility with strong financial and operational acumen and has demonstrated success improving performance across multiple healthcare locations.

The ideal candidate has experience leading providers and clinical operations within a multi site healthcare, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, specialty healthcare, or other consumer focused healthcare environment.

Lead Clinical and Field Operations

- Lead clinical and field operations across Face Forward Aesthetics markets

- Establish consistent operating standards, workflows, policies, and performance expectations across clinics

- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex clinical, operational, and guest experience matters

- Partner with executive leadership to translate organizational strategy into clinic level execution.

Drive Provider Performance

- Establish clear performance expectations for providers and clinical leaders

- Improve provider productivity, utilization, schedule optimization, rebooking, conversion, and practice growth

- Oversee clinical onboarding, training, competency validation, and documentation standards

- Identify performance gaps through data and intervene early with appropriate performance support and accountability

- Strengthen provider engagement, development, and retention

- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical education leaders to maintain high standards of clinical care

Own the Guest Experience

- Drive consistent execution of the Face Forward guest experience across all markets

- Improve Net Promoter Score, guest satisfaction, conversion, and rebooking

- Partner with Marketing, Training, and field leaders to ensure the brand experience is consistently delivered

- Establish accountability for service standards throughout the clinic organization

Drive Financial and Operational Performance

- Own key financial and operational performance metrics across the clinic organization

- Improve clinic profitability through labor optimization, scheduling efficiency, productivity, workflow improvement, and disciplined execution

- Use data and performance dashboards to identify opportunities and drive corrective action

- Connect clinic level operating activity to revenue, profitability, and organizational performance

- Lead cross functional initiatives that improve systems, processes, and scalability

Lead Clinical Quality and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local clinical and operational requirements

- Oversee clinical documentation standards, compliance reviews, audit readiness, and corrective action planning

- Identify and escalate significant clinical, regulatory, and operational risks

- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and other clinical leaders on clinical governance and quality standards

Build for Growth

- Develop the clinical and operational infrastructure needed to support organizational growth

- Lead operational readiness for new clinics, new services, and market expansion

- Ensure staffing, training, workflows, systems, and leadership support are in place for successful launches

- Improve new clinic and new provider ramp performance

- Standardize scalable operating practices across existing and future markets

Develop Exceptional Leaders

- Lead and develop clinical and field leaders across the organization

- Establish clear expectations, performance accountability, coaching, and development practices

- Build leadership bench strength and succession pipelines

- Partner closely with People and Training to strengthen leader capability, engagement, and retention

How We Will Measure Success

This role will have direct accountability for measurable business and clinical outcomes, including:

- Revenue growth and clinic level profitability

What You Bring

We are looking for a leader who can move comfortably between the clinical environment, the operating metrics, and the executive table.

You bring:

- 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for both clinical and operational teams

- Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare or clinical operations at scale

- An active clinical background, with medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk

- Demonstrated ability to improve performance using metrics, systems, and standardized processes

- Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to connect clinic level activity to business results

- Experience developing leaders and building accountability across geographically dispersed teams

- Executive presence and the ability to influence effectively across clinical, operational, and corporate functions

- The ability to lead through growth, change, and evolving organizational complexity

- A master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred

- Ability to travel regularly across our markets

The Leader Who Will Thrive Here

You are equally comfortable discussing clinical quality, provider performance, clinic operations, financial results, and organizational strategy.

You use data to identify where performance is off track and have the leadership capability to turn those insights into action. You establish clear expectations, develop strong leaders, and create accountability while maintaining a strong focus on the provider and guest experience.

You also enjoy building. You can enter an evolving organization, identify what needs greater structure or discipline, and create scalable systems that translate strategy into measurable execution.

Why Face Forward Aesthetics

This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on a growing medical aesthetics organization at an important stage in its evolution.

You will work alongside our Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and executive leadership team to shape how we operate, develop our providers, front-line teams and leaders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and scale Face Forward for its next stage of growth.

If you are a clinical operations leader who combines healthcare credibility, operational discipline, financial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we would love to meet you.
