Position Overview

We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Client Services Specialists. In this role, you will support clients as they plan upcoming vacations by researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important information organized throughout the process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, managing details, and providing dependable service in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

What You'll Do

- Communicate with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.

- Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.

- Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and maintain organized reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.

- Keep clients informed by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.

- Review information for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
